Stable Families Program
The Stable Families Program (SFP) provides case management and direct financial assistance to eligible clients with the goal of supporting an increased quality of living and housing stability. SFP facilitates a continuity of care by coordinating client access to an array of services, allowing clients to actively participate in getting their needs met in order to continue to live more independent, fulfilling lives. Clients must be experiencing a financial crisis that puts the household’s housing at-risk and be at a point where up to 12 months of case management support will be sufficient to stabilize housing and help build self-sufficiency skills.
Since you must be assessed and referred to this program, we recommend coming in to The Caring Place Programs & Services for regular assistance.
This program is generously funded by the Georgetown Health Foundation at this time. SFP was establish in 2019.
